Cheese Tray (International)
Brie, Camembert, Danish Bleu, Smoked Gouda accompanied by an assortment of crackers and flatbreads

Cheese Tray (Domestic)
Mild and Old Cheddar, Swiss, Mozzarella, Marble and Colby cheeses accompanied by an assortment of crackers

Vegetable Crudités
An assortment of seasonal vegetables which could include carrot sticks, red and green pepper strips, broccoli and cauliflower florets, English Cucumber wheels, zucchini fingers and marinated grilled asparagus spears all of this is arranged around our own unique creamy dipping sauce

Fresh Tropical Fruit Tray (chocolate fountain available)
Fresh cut selection of Cantaloupe and Honeydew melon, Strawberries, seedless grapes, Golden Pineapple, Watermelon, Kiwi, Orange wedges and Star fruit

Dessert Tray
A selection of squares and treats (selection may vary)

Delightful Dips and Pita Chips
Roasted Red Pepper Dip, Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Taco Dip or our own home made Hummus; all are served with colourful Nacho chips and/or deep fried Pita chips.

Relish Tray
Baby Dill Pickles, Pickled Baby Beets, Pimento Stuffed Green Olives, Mixed Sweet Pickles, Artichoke Hearts, Baby Carrots and Pickled Pepperocini Peppers.

Classic Sandwich Tray
A tasty selection of traditional favourites which may include Roast Beef with Horseradish Mayo, Black Forest Ham and cheddar cheese, Pastrami, Tuna salad, Salmon Salad, Egg Salad, Smoked Turkey and Corned Beef served on thick sliced whole wheat, white or rye breads as well as fresh vegetable wraps with cream cheese.

Deluxe Sandwich Tray
A delicious assortment of deli meats and spreads such as Smoked Turkey, Black Forest Ham, Porchetta, Mortadella, Genoa Salami, Roast Beef, Pastrami and Corned Beef, Curried Egg Salad with Chives served on specialty breads such as Rosemary Ciabatta, Herbed Foccacia, Multi-grained Panini, Cheese or Butter Croissants as well as a wide selection of flavoured wraps.

The above options are ones that have proven to be our most popular, however our Culinary Team’s strength is their ability to customize any menu plan in any combination that will fit your needs.
