Fanshawe Student Union has many unique rooms to offer for any sort of meeting, conference, or event.

Our beautiful boardroom is equipped with a huge wooden table and twenty executive style leather chairs. The room features state of the art audiovisual equipment, a sink and a fridge to meet the varied needs of different groups.

We have one large meeting room upstairs that can be split into two separate rooms. Each room can accommodate about 20 people.

Also upstairs there is the Alumni Lounge where there are 5 different sized breakout rooms that can accommodate between 10 - 20 people per room. The open area can also be used for various functions.

Downstairs we have one more meeting room. It can accommodate 20-25 people comfortably.

In total, the FSU has about 10 meeting rooms for use with varied functions. All of these rooms have full audiovisual access (TV, VCR, DVD, VDP, Overhead, Internet, etc.) and full menus can be offered for each room.
