Fanshawe has 3 Residence facilities that can provide accommodations for approximately 1200 occupants.

Both facilities offer great room rates and the following amenities:
- air-conditioned suites, with 4 bedrooms (all with oversized double beds, a desk and internet access), 2 three-piece bathrooms, a kitchenette, a furnished living space (with cable TV and telephones).
