The FSU offers three areas for conference planning in our Student Union Building.

Forwell Hall is the largest facility, it has a licensed capacity for 400 people; appropriate for a social gathering, lecture, or rowed seating presentations, this space may be reconfigured to accommodate 330 people for any type of dinner. Adjacent to Forwell Hall is a large outdoor patio that has a licensed capacity for 200 featuring a large outdoor stage and green space.

Forwell Hall is equipped with a standard vocal P.A., and we can rent a small P.A. system and lights for small bands or other type of performers.

The Out Back Shack is our 180 seat full-time bar and restaurant, which feature an excellent roadhouse style menu and great atmosphere. This room has plenty of character and can be used as a hospitality or party room. We also have an adjoining patio for when the weather is nice. The Out Back Shack features an in house sound system, stage area and big screen capability. We will gladly cater to your food and beverage requirements and can cater to any budget. All of our staff are Smart Serve trained as well.

The Games Room features a large pool room with seven signature red tables, a foosball table and a video arcade room. This space may be rented by the hour, and is a unique space for a social component of a conference.
