Student Council and Staff
Are you a concerned and enthusiastic student with leadership qualities? Then student council is a great place for you. No experience is necessary to run for student council and we encourage all students to participate.
Student Administrative Council (SAC) is made up of student representatives from each academic division as well as our surrounding area campuses. SAC representatives report all meeting proceedings to their class representatives and bring forth student concerns at meetings. Divisional councils consist of one student from each class. **Nominations open in the Fall.
Executive Council - The Executive Council is responsible for representing the students on a variety of college wide committees. They also oversee the operations of the FSU. There are six positions available: President, VP Internal Affairs, VP External & Academic Affairs, VP Finance, VP Entertainment and VP Athletics & Residence Life. Nominations open at the every year in January, with the elections taking place in March. For more detailed information on duties and responsibilities, drop by the FSU office.
