Home > Food Services  The Fanshawe Student Union offers two unique options for students looking to dine on campus. Oasis is a marché style restaurant that will satisfy any hunger, while the Out Back Shack is our 180-seat restaurant and bar which offers an expanded roadhouse style menu. The FSU also offers catering services. Catering by Fanshawe Student Union offers a wide variety of Conference, Catering and Food Service options to group organizers and guests. Eco-Takeout program The Eco-Takeout program is a way for students eating at the Oasis or the Out Back Shack to practice environmentally friendly eating habits. For just $3, you can participate in green eating! - Buy your Eco-Card from the Oasis and Out Back Shack - Exchange it for a container when you place your order - Use the container and return it at your convenience - They’ll wash it and give you a fresh one The Fanshawe Student Union wants to be a greener non-profit organization so be a part of the movement and pick up your Eco-Takeout card today! Disposable containers cost $0.25 per container at the time of purchase. (2 containers per day x $0.25 per container x 5 days x 28 academic weeks equals $70 per year!) TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. This card has no cash value, not eligible for refund or transfer. 2. Card Valid for 1 (one) ECO - TAKEOUT container only. 3. Broken cards or ECO-TAKEOUT containers must be returned for re-issue. All pieces must be returned, partial containers or lost cards will not be accepted for re-issue! (There is a $2 fee for re-issuing either containers or damaged cards.) 4. New food purchases must be placed in a clean reusable ECO-TAKEOUT Container. Used containers MUST be exchanged for health and safety issues. 5. The FSU ECO-TAKEOUT containers are valid only at Oasis and the Out Back Shack. Tweet |
