Home > Food Services > About the Out Back Shack Our 180 seat restaurant and bar offers an expanded roadhouse style menu. We program a variety of events Monday to Friday evenings. One of the most successful activities is the co-sponsored pub on Thursday nights. The OBS may also be rented out for private parties, contact Suzanne Butler at 519-453-3720 ext. 236 regarding these bookings.
