This is the place to go if you need information on the student appeal process. The Ombudsperson, Gregory Hessian, investigates
complaints about all aspects of college life, advises and informs students of their rights and responsibilities. They also
make referrals to other offices, both on-and off-campus. The Ombudsperson has the authority to investigate complaints
within the college and recommend solutions. All conversations with Gregory Hessian will be confidential. Action
will be taken only with your agreement. If you are unhappy and unsure of the action to take, contact the Ombudsperson for
