I’m Joe
Scalia, your new VP Finance. I’ve actually been at Fanshawe since 2005, but have recently completed the
Television Broadcasting program over the past two years. It was during those past two years that I worked for
FSU as a custodian as well.
Now, mopping floors and changing garbage doesn’t exactly sound like a
shining opportunity for any student, but you may be surprised. It was through doing that job that I was able to
work my way up to a videographer position in the FSU, and now I am also your VP Finance!
My job is to
help students with any of their financial concerns. Unfortunately I don’t have large bags of money to just
give out to needy students, but I am there to point you in the right direction in regards to finding a job on
campus, applying for bursaries, even applying for OSAP if you need help.
So please drop by the office
