Goal of the Club: The goal of the club is to provide a supportive community for Nepalese students at Fanshawe College, helping them adjust to life in Canada, succeed academically, and stay connected to their roots, while fostering inclusivity by inviting students of all backgrounds to experience and celebrate Nepalese culture and traditions.

SMART Goals:

1. Specific: Offer programs and activities that focus on supporting Nepalese students while also promoting cultural exchange with students from diverse backgrounds.
2. Measurable: Host at least one event annually, with 60% focus on supporting Nepalese students and 40% on cross-cultural interactions.
3. Attainable: Collaborate with Fanshawe Student Union (FSU), other cultural clubs, and the International Centre for event funding and resources.
4. Realistic: Aim to have 10 active members, with aim of 20% increase in numbers by the end of the academic year.
5. Timely: Launch the first welcome event and resource orientation session within the first 4 weeks of the semester.
