United For Mental Health is an event at Fanshawe College's London Campus, where students can engage in self-care activities and learn about the mental health supports available to them. There will be giveaways, free henna and free hot chocolate. See the schedule below for activities you can partake in during United For Mental Health.
FSU activities in Forwell Hall (11 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)

Fanshawe Athletics (Varsity/Fitness/Recreation)
- Obstacle courses with prizes from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Gyms 1 and 2
- Late Night Recreation: Volleyball/Indoor Soccer from 10:15 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. in Gyms 1 to 3
- All day in the Fitness Centre: Enjoy stress-busting activities including exercise classes , yoga , and rock wall climbing.
- 12:05 p.m.: Glutes Guts Guns
- 1:05 p.m.: Yoga
- 6:00 p.m.: Yoga
- 6:05 p.m.: Dance X
