The next Annual General Meeting will be held in April 2024.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a meeting of the Members and is held once per year in April. During this meeting, motions can be put forward for the Members to vote on, including but not limited to, By-law Amendments, Election Results, Board Honorarium, etc. as well as acts as an information session to inform Members on several topics, including but not limited to, information on the annual financial audit and financial statements, as well as a report from the President.
The Student Administrative Council (SAC) is a Board comprised of elected Board of FSU Directors who represent all full-time Fanshawe College students (Members). The Board is supported by the FSU President (non-voting) and FSU Executive Director (non-voting). Board Meetings are held throughout the academic year with minutes produced and posted for Members to review.
