Ombuds Office
The Office of the Ombuds provides confidential, impartial and informal support with the goal of dispute-resolution to all members of the Fanshawe community. Fanshawes Ombuds, Rose Padacz, is available to help you be proactive in conflict prevention and provides resources, information and possible alternative resolutions. The Ombuds may help to provide guidance on policies, procedures, practices and the Appeals process with the goal to a fair outcome.

Ombuds Report
The Office of the Ombuds is required to create yearly documentation to be made available to the public, showing its findings, trends, and any other relevant notes.
