The Office of the Ombuds provides confidential, impartial and informal support with the goal of dispute-resolution to all members of the Fanshawe community.
Fanshawe’s Ombuds Rose Padacz is available to help you be proactive in conflict prevention and provides resources, information and possible alternative resolutions. The Ombuds may help to provide guidance on policies, procedures, practices and the Appeals process with the goal to a fair outcome.
