The FSU's Annual General Meeting is scheduled Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. EST for the AGM, taking place in The Out Back Shack (SUB 1027). Students may attend in person or virtually, via Zoom.
ALSO! Join us for Bingo games before and after the AGM, where you can win exciting prizes, like an E-Scooter, MacBook Air, and more! Snacks and refreshments will be available. The first Bingo game starts at 5:00 p.m.
The AGM is open to all members of the FSU. FSU Members are all full-time students at Fanshawe College who are actively progressing, as determined by the Office of the Registrar, following the FSU Bylaw No. 1, Section 3.1
Unfortunately, part-time students are not considered members of the FSU and are therefore not able to attend the AGM.
