Fall 2025 Co-Op Bus Pass application
You must have a physical FANCard before purchasing a LTC Bus Pass. For more information on FANCards, please visit the FANCard page on the Fanshawe College website.
The price of co-op bus pass is $297.27.
This pass will be effective starting September 1, 2025 (or on the date of purchase if after September 1, 2025) and be valid until August 31, 2026.*
*some restrictions apply and no refunds will be issued.
Please do not fill out this form multiple times.
After eligibility is determined and your form is processed, you will receive an email from ‘The Fanshawe Student Union’ (fsuweb@fsu.ca) to process your payment securely online through TD Merchant.
Please note, your bus pass will not work on the bus until your form is processed and payment is received. This process can take up to two (2) business days after payment for your FANCard to begin working on the bus.
All forms must be submitted prior to the deadline of October 1, 2025
