Forwell Hall

Forwell Hall is a stunning two-storey, light-filled hub of activity for students with access to the extensive outdoor space through the surrounding north and south courtyards. The space also provides flexibility to host events, concerts, conferences and more.

The Out Back Shack

The Out Back Shack is our 180-seat full-time bar and restaurant, featuring an excellent roadhouse-style menu and great atmosphere. This room has plenty of character and can be used as a hospitality or party room. We also have an adjoining patio when the weather is nice.

The Out Back Shack features an in-house sound system, stage area and big screen capability. We will gladly cater to your food and beverage requirements at any budget. All our staff are Smart Serve-certified as well.

The Gamesroom

The Gamesroom features a large pool room with seven signature red tables. This space may be rented by the hour and is a unique space for a social component of a conference.

Oasis

The Student Centre’s Oasis has a wonderful view of the outdoors as well as plenty of natural light for a relaxed atmosphere. 

This Marché-style restaurant can cater to any taste. We can accommodate a licenced or unlicensed banquet for up to 250 people along with any sound and light requirements, and have this room licensed if necessary.

The Fanshawe Student Union has many unique rooms to offer for any sort of meeting, conference or event. All rooms include full audiovisual access (TV with HDMI, VDP, Wi-Fi, etc.) and full menus are offered for each room.

Boardroom

Our beautiful boardroom is equipped with a spacious boardroom table and 20 executive-style leather chairs. The room features state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, as well as a sink and fridge.

Large second-floor meeting rooms

We have an additional large meeting room on the second floor that can be split into two separate rooms, each accommodating 20 people.

Alumni Lounge

Also on the second floor is the Alumni Lounge, which includes four breakout rooms that can accommodate up to ten people each. The open area can also be used for various functions and can accommodate up to eighty-five people.
