Goal of the Club: The Black Students Club (BSC) at Fanshawe College is dedicated to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and engaging community where Black students and allies can connect, build relationships, celebrate Black cultures, and strengthen their sense of belonging on campus. BSC focuses on student engagement through social, cultural, educational, and community-building activities that reflect the interests and experiences of Black students. Throughout the academic year, the club plans to organize events such as cultural celebrations, discussions and panels, social gatherings, games and recreational activities, collaborations with other student clubs, and initiatives that highlight Black cultures, histories, experiences, and achievements. Our goal is to create opportunities for students to meet new people, share experiences, celebrate their identities and cultures, and become more involved in the Fanshawe community.
