Goal of the Club: We aim to establish a foundation for a vibrant cinema culture at Fanshawe, uniting all walks of life through our shared passion for Film. To further establish a culture of film appreciation and study at Fanshawe College that can gain a stable membership and carry on well into the future. To foster a greater level of appreciation for the visual arts and encourage creation and production by providing finances, resources, and networking to those who would use them to create. To provide a medium for free and accessible discourse for any Fanshawe students to discuss film and the visual arts. To help young filmmakers at Fanshawe find opportunities to hone and develop their skills in a professional environment, in preparation for entering the industry. We would like to have at least 40 members by the end of the year so that elections can be held for executive positions.
